FAQ

A few answers before we begin.
To talk about your project: hello@minuitdorsay.com.

What does the studio do?

Minuit d’Orsay creates websites, visual identities, printed materials and signage. The studio works with independent hotels, restaurants, cafés, fashion and beauty brands, cultural venues and creative studios.
01

Do you design websites for hotels, restaurants and cafés?

Yes. Minuit d’Orsay designs websites for independent hotels, restaurants and cafés. Depending on the venue, the pages might feature rooms, menus, spaces, opening hours and directions. Photography and booking links are planned around the needs of each project.
02

Do you work with fashion and beauty brands?

Yes. The studio works with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands to create or refresh their websites and visual identities. This includes how collections or products are presented, as well as typography, photography and the organisation of content. The site can introduce the brand or include an online shop, depending on what’s needed.
03

Can you design our website and visual identity together?

Yes. The studio can design the website, logo, typography and printed materials as part of the same project. For a venue, this might also include menus, business cards and signage. The quote sets out what will be created, taking any existing materials into account.
04

How do we get started?

Email hello@minuitdorsay.com with a little about your business and what you need. Feel free to include your current website, a few references and your preferred launch date.
05

What budget should I allow?

The budget depends on the work involved: the number of pages, the features you need, the content you already have and whether you also need a visual identity. These details help us agree the scope and prepare a quote.
06

How long will it take?

The timescale depends on the size of the project and the content that needs preparing. Let me know your preferred date when we first speak, particularly if the website is part of a venue opening or a brand launch.
07

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. The studio redesigns existing websites and can work with the visual identity you already have. A project might focus on the layout and organisation of your pages, or extend to your identity and printed materials.
08

What should I prepare?

Gather any copy, photographs, logos and practical information you already have. We can work out what’s missing and where you might need help when we first speak.
09

Will I be able to update the website myself?

The websites are mainly built with WordPress and Elementor so you can manage your content. We’ll discuss which parts you’d like to update yourself as we plan the project.
10

What happens after launch?

Let me know what you expect to need, whether that’s updates, new content or further changes to the website. We can agree the scope of any ongoing support together.
11

Where is Minuit d’Orsay based?
